What mean TRIGLAV?: TRIGLAV means "Three-Headed" in Slavic mythology. The three heads represents the three realms: heaven, earth, and the underworld. Also the mountain called Triglav exists at Slovenia.

Does this game work on my cell phone?: The mobile version is available. It extremely expanded based from the web version. Download iOS version from App Store, and Android version from Google Play.

Can I play TRIGLAV for free?: You can play TRIGLAV for free. If you have interest to helping out the development, go to Support Us page for more detail.

Can't play the game, game is so slow: This game will running only for Internet Explorer on Windows. See the System Requirements page at first.

Can't play on the newest IE: Better version to play TRIGLAV is IE 6, but that's too old. IE 7 or later has some problems about character animations and game speed, but it even can be playable normally. If you cannot play the game on these browsers, try to move [Tools] menu in Internet Explorer's tool bar, then click [Compatibility View].

When I start the game, or move to floors, the character was logging-out.: Please allow Cookie of this website on your web browser. This game requires Cookie function for secure reason. To allow Cookie, check your web browser or security softwares.

The game becomes too slow when I play a long time: It may be a browser cache problem. To check your browser cache, move to [Tools] menu in Internet Explorer's tool bar, then click [Internet Options]. Change to the [General] tab. You will find [Temporary Internet Files] section, and you click [Settings]. If your browser cache is low, set at least of 20MB. If you set at most of 128MB, you will be able to play the game better.

The game got slow when I enter specific floors: It may be a browser cache problem. Go [Tools] menu in Internet Explorer's tool bar, then click [Internet Options]. Change to the [General] tab. You will find [Temporary Internet Files and History Setting] section. Then checking out the selector is "Automatically".

Got a error / still keep old game data after updated the game: If you want to safety play, we recommend you to clear your browser cache (Temporary Internet Files) before you play the game when the game updated.

How to clear browser cache: To clear your browser cache, move to [Tools] menu on Internet Explorer's tool bar, then click [Internet Options]. Change to the [General] tab. You will find [Temporary Internet Files] section, and you click [Delete Files]. You don't need to delete Cookie files.

Browser cache on IE8 or later: To clear IE8 or later's browser cache, move to [Tools] menu on Internet Explorer's tool bar, then click [Internet Options]. Change to the [General] tab. You will find [Browsing history] section, and click [Delete] button. Then you will see a new window with check boxes. Uncheck the [Preserve Favorites website data] box and check the [Temporary Internet Files and Wesite Files] box.

Close the game window when playing / Got a "Character Data Error" message when loading: We know the people who got a message "Character Data Error", and we heard they are using any Firewall or anti-virus softwares. We cannot say what to change on that softwares specifically, but We can say that softwares are blocking some scripts of this game. Please make sure your softwares about blocking script, or sending/receiving data from website. See a bottom of the System Requirements page for more detail.; Note that you cannot use that character after you got a message "Character Data Error". Please make a new one.

Can't load a character in Standard: Check out that your character is already dead or alive. If already dead, you can not play with that character. If not, send email to us if you already have submitted your email address to us in Standard. We will find out your character by your email address, and we try to fix your character's problem if possible.

Can't get an item in treasure box: You may get a lag when you take an item because TRIGLAV is online game. If the lag is so big, you move out a character from treasure box then try to take it again. Empty treasure box doesn't exist.

I want to play on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or any other web browser except IE: These web browsers didn't exist when we made this game :P We were using IE 4.* or 5.* for develop the game. Yes, we knew it's a very good web browser, but IE has already taken world web browser share and many people has using that. If we start to make a new game on web browser again, this time we will support any other major web browsers for the game.

What kind of programs was used for TRIGLAV?: TRIGLAV has been coded with JavaScript and HTML. Also it used CGI for save/load data. Why not program with Flash, Java, Shockwave? If this style will not have an advantage at all, and yet we like the coding at JavaScript.
